Whenever City play a fancied team invariably they turn in a very decent display.

It really annoys me. People next to me can look at their phones and check scores. Mine (I am on O2) never works and doesn't until I am about 5 minutes from the stadium!
Mine's lucky if it works in Hull.Alright if I'm down on a day trip but a bit awkward if I stay a night or 2....I usually get a nasty glare when I get back North:emoticon-0103-cool:

Does the stadium have WiFi available or do you just mean 5g that is **** in the stadium
I'll admit it. I'm not very good on iPhone technology. I got a new Dog & Bone a few weeks ago. First ever smart phone. A Samsung Galaxy A19 5 G. .....I tried to get the football scores on it while sat in the stadium, during the Birmingham game. It didn't seem to want to work. I asked people around me and all them said they had problems getting a Wifi connection. I assumed that the stadium wifi would be good, but it's $hit.

Around 45 minutes into this, Burnsy and Fletch seem to clash. Burnsy cuts him off and then doesn't let Fletch speak/respond; instead, hands it over to somebody else. <laugh>

Norwich might be worth a punt on promotion next season...Clement has done a cracking job turning them around.
He's done a great job especially when you see some of the failures in this division with other relatively good squads.

Norwich are usually in the mix somewhere, and they likely will be again, but how good they'll be is so hard to know in this division.

Burnsy is right though. He gets a lot of stick for some reason but most of the time I find myself agreeing with him.

People are calling for Joseph to start over Millar because he defended a late chance well, when Millar has been our biggest attacking threat recently.

Our fanbase values hard work over quality by some distance, but quality is what will win the game on Saturday.

For all the promise when Belloumi or Millar get on the ball, it's pretty pointless (other than the immediate excitement / anticipation) unless there's some end result i.e. an assist, something that leads to an assist, or a goal). That hasn't been happening any where near enough from them.
With them both being wingers, the trade off from having them both playing at the same time is that we are weaker elsewhere on the pitch.
I'm not sure we should be starting with both of them, at least not with the weaknesses we have elsewhere. If we were strong all over, then great, start with them both, but we aren't.
Joseph brings more energy, pressing, harrassing. We have been missing those things badly last few weeks.
Or add ano in midfield.

I’d start Joseph on the left, Gelhardt on the right & Koumas behind McB, I know those aren’t the areas where the issues are in the team, but if you’ve got Millar, Mo & Crooks to come on, then that’s not bad options IMO!

Kyle Joseph, eight goals, four assists, not needed to start though. Back on planet Earth... :emoticon-0138-think

Some people act like Joseph is only good at running. 12 goal involvements is nothing to be sniffed at for a second-choice striker at this level. We’ve had forwards in the past who haven’t managed half that at this level.

I like Joseph and understand how he brings a lot to the team with good pressing, but I can't agree with people downplaying Millar or Belloumi. They've both popped up with goals and assists recently, I think Millar moreso than Belloumi in the last few games but I'd drop neither for Joseph. I'd play Joseph off McBurnie though for sure. He'd have the energy to press effectively and drop deep effectively as well. He's a more mobile, less skilful Crooks in theory. Slater next to Lundstram or Crooks in the middle.

No point in finishing sixth on current form. Would just prolong the agony for another week of hoping for the impossible.

City 1 Norwich 3

Happily proven wrong, but I think we're done. I've not seen anything in the last few weeks that suggests we'll suddenly be amazing, barring Norwich turning up and playing like ****, which they won't.

I'm gonna go 2-2, because even though he played crap last weekend and was taken off at half time, Ajayi will probably start and Norwich's Mohamed Toure will almost certainly have his pants down.
