    The whole place goes into meltdown when some people make jokes about the death of a footballer yet posters making racist comments and asking someone if he's a ni**er and no one bats an eyelid.

    I'd like to register my disgust with that question. I have no problem with being called a c*nt - but anything that is nothing but racism is wrong. It is totally unacceptable to use the n ..... word.

    There is no comparison to being called the latter over the former. As you quite rightly said, it's not a racist comment, but it's not right to suggest that the question does not have racist overtones.

    But he's not a ****ing moderator is he? He hasn't been letting this place become a racist free-for-all, and that was one example.

    Pretty much every day there is a thread that the BNP would think 'goes a bit far', but it all stays up here.

    I'll delete racist stuff if someone complains Toby. If something is nastily racist - like some of the stuff that Geordie was posting - and it offends me, I'll delete it if I see it. You must remember that this isn't a full-time job for me Toby, I work 40 hours a week and have a wife and 2 kids demanding my attention so I might not see every comment or thread on here.

    If Mick gives me a pay-rise I'll jack in the job and be a better mod <ok>

    I know you can't be on here 24/7, and it must be a lot of responsability, but the problem lies where me and you draw the line on what's acceptable. I don't find racism funny or clever <ok>
