I don't think the locals here are too fussy to be honest. They'd smoke dog **** if you told them it'd get them high.

My local Morrisons do them, although theres only ever a few.

    Mine:

    Black Bomber Snowdonia Cheddar
    Welsh Cakes
Roast Lamb (had it once at a friends farm, where the lamb was slaughtered in the morning, we ate it in the evening. I didn't feel guilty cos it was lame and would'v died anyway)
    Bara Brith
Irish Sea eel (only tried it once, a fisherman was doing them on a barbecue on the prom, so fresh it was gorgeous)

If Bean Jar is just loads of beans in a sort of broth then yes! The name suggests it'd be the same :)

Oh and for the record, Jersey Milk is much better than Guernsey Cow Juice

<laugh> I love that this is pretty much the only thing Jersey and Guernsey have to argue about besides the Muratti and allegiances to King Charles ages ago!

Yeah sounds exactly the same! <laugh> Perfect on pretty much any day. This thread's made me so hungry now, i need some good ol' bean crock to fill me up
