The build up was class too. Crooks somehow squeezing the pass through all those tight defenders to Belloumi. Belloumi’s exquisite first touch to let him take a bouncing hip height ball in his stride and run with it. Proper quality bit of play that.

I don't quite get XG. I know McBurnies shot even though it was cleared off the line is low XG because it's a difficult chance. But Belloumi's chance he just missed would be scored 6/7 times out of 10. Added to our actual goal which was another big chance that you would assume has a 50% at least conversion rate along with the other half chances you'd assume out XG would be sitting somewhere around the high 1's to the low 2's. According to BBC it's a lowly 0.75. who makes the decision on how easy a chance is and is it standardised?
