Also, if you look at the article, since Suarez has now been banned, Evra should face a similar punishment for his statements to Suarez.
You will find it wasn't Evra who accused your groundsman. It was two others who did it. Just to remind you, Suarez has ammitted he said something. Something that, without what us knowing what it means not due to this incident, people from and English speaking country may think it to be racist. Hell, in Latin American countries not all the words have the same meaning. Example, Hueco (sp?) means hole in Spanish but in Guatemala it is slang for "f/-\gg0t". Now someone from Argentina would not know that as it isn't a slang they use. I lost all respect for Giggs when I found out he cheated on his wife no just with the slapper from BB but his brother's wife for 8 years. Great player but I will not admire or respect him off the footy field. That is me personally. I know others don't give two ****s about it. So, if either of those were to be racist, even though I would admire their skills with a ball, i would have no respect or admiration of them as players. Thats not really evidence the FA have no proof. 2 minutes after being with Suarez, which he was clearly affected by. One thing in that article though is how evra claims against chelsea groundsmen were thrown out for being 'exaggerated and unreliable'. Clearly something was different in this case. So there was evidence. I would need to know more about what Evra said, but if it was as severe and can be proved (it unlike Suarez's remarks have not been admited to) then yes. More immediately i hope Terry is given the same punishment (providing there is a strong enough case).
That's ridiculous because everything Suarez did in the article was also "allegedly" so then technically, Suarez was only charged on a basis of accusation. Pure and utter ****e.
I like how everyone claims to be an expert and to know every little detail of the hearing when really they are just going by what's been said in the papers.

At present no one knows who actually said what and who claims he said she said that, it's hearsay - If the decision was reached based on Evra's word against Suarez, the FA could find themselves doing a huge about turn losing face and having to issue a public apology to Suarez and LFC. If on the other hand, the evidence was documented in Marriners report and it's condemning evidnce then the ban is justified. Until the evidence is made public, we won't know - And I still believe that certain corners of Stretford End will be asking 'for the proof' When it's plain and clear (If this is indeed the case)
I like them as footballers and back them as Chelsea players. All that I care about it what they do on the pitch, not petty matters off it.
