We more than matched the league leaders last night, have done the double over both of the teams who played tonight and are where we are on merit with only 5 games to go, all winnable. We've also not really hit a level yet where we decimate the opposition... Who knows if that finally clicks and happens now - arguably when it matters most?

We've looked quite lost for weeks, but last night, in large part thanks to Collyer being included, we looked like a team that would make stuff happen. If we can carry that forward for the next few games and ideally into the playoffs, then who knows...

They (Southampton) played with some pace and purpose tonight,they're on a roll and if they stay in the groove they're in at present it'll take a good team to do them over 2 legs.

It has been known for teams to peak too early and if they're involved in the play-offs there'll be 3 teams hoping they have...That was a demolition but not unexpected for me anyway.

best result for us I think, esp with the goal difference swing....wouldn't fancy soton over 2 legs in play offs, but 4 point cushion with 5 left....wow....that's a position to be in
