I think you have it right on the Petronas. Though it was a Ferrari engine, it was badged as a Petronas. I believe the Playlife and Mechacrome's were both Renaults, I think.
In that case its either Aguri Suzuki or de Cesaris. I think de Cesaris had the Italian flag on his which I can't make out, so Aguri? No, de Cesaris! Looks even less like Aguri's that I remember it looking like.
