Another new position off the pitch

From the social media I've seen it would appear that he may support those up the road, but as long as he does his job well that's all the matters, after all there's plenty of them that have done a good job for us. Admittedly one didn't but I put that down to personal rather than professional traits.
Always been a firm believer in the best candidate for a job regardless.

You think he would have had enough sense to clean his social media up before making the announcement mind :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Is anyone buying a stone on Legends Way?

My Dad didn't want a grave as he didn't want the living to feel obliged to tend to a grave. As per his wishes, he was cremated and we put his ashes in the river at Stanhope. He wanted to float through Weardale (he loved it there), through Washington (lived there most of his life), past the SOL and out to sea (he loved the coast too).

He did all of the cup games in 73 and he regularly reminisced about the semi and the cup final matches. He was absolutely thrilled to meet Monty and Dick Malone shortly before he died.

I'm going to order a stone with his name on. I think he'd be thrilled to become a legend and be remembered next to his heroes.

Did they announce the prices for the stone yet?

Our branch has ordered one, was a really easy process

Thinking of heading up to the club shop to look at the sales stuff, has anyone been in lately? I'm looking to get the pre match training jumper and was wondering if it's still available in store or just online for sizing
