8 games is impressive but what is a £40k fine gonna do he is gonna earn over 10x that in the time he is banned . Its the equivalent of chraging Madoff a $5bn even though he nicked $50bn+ might sound big but it is f**k all in comparism.

I agree about the pittance of a fine, but I think the 8 game ban will be seen as a tough punishment.

**** the 8 games. Suarez has this around his neck for the rest of his time in England. He was a prick to start off with. Now this.

The size of the fine is iconsequential<sic> compared to the ban.It will be interesting to see what happens to JT if found guilty

It still hurts like hell when I think about the fact we lost to this Blackburn side. In some ways it was worse then the United game.

When i saw our team i never thought we'd get a result at the Devil Bowl but the defeat at Blackburn was painful to watch.I blame the daughter she's always been a Jonah ever since i took her to her first game against Wrecsam in 1992 <grr>

8 games is a huge ban - wasn't that the same as Paul Davis' ban? and that was for punching someone in the face and breaking their jaw !

If JT is found guilty, they'll have to throw the book at him too, but something tells me the FA aren't going to punish the England captian ....

The only reason we lost to Wrexham is because Cym owed his mate Mickey Thomas a tenner that he hadn't paid back <grr>

What happened to the JT saga???? It seems to have disappeared under this Suarez one? Going to court/fa also are there any legal implications over the Suarez affair or does Vera have to persie it.

@cym - you will be surprised how quickly people forget (not forgive) it will be out of the media in. Few weeks and then no one will care.

I think it was the first time. It was a ****ing good hook too <laugh>

The Oracle says it was nine games (but he might be pissed and making it up)

That John Terry case is under police investigation. Fa can't act until that is over.
