It's too late for that. Whatever the outcome, it's taken far too long. I think the FA are more worried about what the backlash will be like depending on what they say.

Probably. Although the longer the delay, the more likely it appears that the verdict will be guilty. After all, a guilty verdict is likely to generate far more backlash in terms of appeals, probably right the way up to CAS, than a not guilty would.
None of us would be surprised if that is what happens. I just want a decision now so we can all move on.

I had mentioned earler they were taking so long because they were deciding the weakest possible but appropriate punishment, something like, look we know you arent a racist but you used racistish comments to offend, here's a hard slap on the wrist
