Something like this, I imagine. Big decisions to drop Joseph for Koumas and switch to a back three/five when we looked more fluid and dangerous in a 4-2-3-1 against Millwall. We lost on Saturday due to three errors rather than being outplayed, in my opinion.

Could be McNair in
At left back and Koumas as attacking midfield?

Agree, I think Joseph is particularly unfortunate to miss out, although a few people mentioned that he looked knackered when he came off on Saturday, so maybe the feeling is to rest him from the start but hopefully he’ll fare better with 20-30 minutes off the bench tonight?
Beyond that I can only assume that Sergej feels that this system suits the players that he feels are in the best condition to start. Hence, also Coyle only on the bench.

Meet the ref

Tonight's man in the middle is Stephen Martin in what will be his fourth Tigers game of the season. The Staffordshire-based official has overseen games at Derby County, Sheffield Wednesday and most recently, Preston North End this term.

Martin will be assisted by Mark Stevens and James Wilson with John Busby the fourth official.

Wrexham’s Josh Windass has scored three goals in his seven league appearances against Hull City. His sides have won all three games in which he scored, but lost all four in which he didn’t

For those wondering about Eliot Matazo

He was due to play for the Under-21s this afternoon against Sheffield United but withdrew from the warm-up with pain in his quad. I'm led to believe it was just a precaution and nothing more than that.

Some of the coach 1 regulars reserving seats for people that aren’t here with little laminated sheets of paper causing a stir. Somebody’s said in the seats!

One of the regulars has run downstairs to tell the steward. We’ve only just set off.

Unsure why they’re entitled to reserve their seats to be fair. No different to anybody else
No more updates from Cortez91 after this. Do you think the regulars have done him in, left lying wounded at the side of the A63.
