Off Topic - What's going on with the police and ambulances around Team Valley

    Anyone got any idea what's happening around top end of Team Valley (Between Team Valley and Low Fell somewhere) - there have been loads of Police Cars, Ambulances, Fire Engine and even a Chopper - I have to drive up there soon but wondering if it's best to avoid it?

    I've spent the last couple of days on the phone to various people from the bank, fraud prevention etc and they say once the transactions actually show on my statement they'll start the process of organising the money back into the account. They rang me on Saturday morning to say there'd been 'unusual activity' on my account with transactions going through in Brasil!!!

    I'm just about to ring them again to see if there's been any progress, it's a bit of a pisser because my daughter's getting married on Friday, fortunately I've got funds in another account which I should be able to access.

    Really sorry to hear this mate...It's crap at the best of times, but with it being so near Christmas it must feel even worse..

    I haven't got a credit or debit card anymore, just one that allows me to withdraw cash. Seriously though, ****s that do these things should be ****ing hammered.

    I've just come off the phone to the bank and the money will be back in my account within 48 hours. That means I can now provide the three tiered scone for my daughter's wedding on Friday....<laugh>
