Ipswich was the last place I expected to see calling for Holt to lead the attack.Would be interesting to see him up against Latino defences though. More fireworks than Balotelli's S***house.

 

I'm certainly not saying that Holt should lead the attack, but certainty the ethos of your tactics so far should be employed for the national team.
