England absolutely blown away by the Irish today 42-21, seems those twelve successive wins were another false dawn. Italy next and they might fancy their chances in Rome before we go to Paris for what may be an embarrassing finale...

Spirited start by Wales.... lead 14 -5 after 25 minutes....
Scotland look a shadow of last weeks side....
 
Scotland win ugly in the end.... but they butchered so many chances they made hard work of it.... Wales ran out of steam after 50 minutes.....
 
The Scots third try from the drop out was the turning point, a few seconds where the Welsh switched off eventually cost them the match. It's a shame because the first half was the best Wales have played for a couple of years...
 
Wales gave a decent account of themselves..
They made it a very uncomfortable night for Ireland....
 
Scotland running riot at Murrayfield against France ... 40 -14 with 20 minutes to go.
 
And they've done it, 23-18 and deservedly so. You'd have got silly odds on today's two results. The season that started with such high expectations sees England in 5th place and also-rans...
 
Madest 6 nations in many a year.....
Delighted for Italy....so good for the game in general...
