Any of the fringe players do enough to earn a start against qpr, ?
In short, No. I though Cathal McCarthy had a good game but hope we don't play three at the back so he would probably be on the bench. Millar and Yu are both a bit lightweight for me so one or the other but not both together. Need Gelhardt starting, preferably wide.

I think McCarthy is showing he is a very capable back up, but I would be reluctant to see him start at the moment.

Giles and Slater showed how crucial they are to our play - I don't think Yu did anything to warrant a starting place next week.

I'm starting to wonder whether Joseph and Gelhardt are the wingers who help us perform best. Millar isn't doing much at the moment.

We miss Crooks badly.

agree with all that, i would start joseph and Gelhardt on Saturday, and keep Yu and Millar for impact subs against tiring legs second half...

Recently I've been loving seeing the little kids being mascots. They must be so excited.
I remember one international match recently where the mascots were supposed to turn and walk past the players and shake hands
the last guy was so excited he just turned the wrong way and ran as fast as he could away from everybody. The nearest mascot shouted to him to stop and come back! He ran back to his correct place.

Finally, when there is 25K attending a stadium event, why the heck is the A63 still closed westbound, traffic was gridlocked, a very late night!
National Highways today replied to an email I sent them last week asking that question.
Amongst the waffle was that a decision for the rugby was made some weeks ago, after discussions with the stadium management and local authority. A pity we didn't get the same consideration.
