Some young spotty YTS apprentice player comes on stage wearing a Shrek mask and a black curly wig, taking the piss out of Wayne "Fergie's Golden Boy" Rooney, and we're supposed to believe that Rooney found it funny! Perhaps he didn't realise the Shrek/syrup combo was a dig at him; perhaps he thought it was meant to be someone else? Young kid: "Hey! Rooney! I'm saying that you are one ugly mofo, and that you have an outrageously bad syrup! What do you reckon on that, Quasimodo? Yeah, that's right, you mong. Laugh!" If I had been in that audience, I am certain that I would have soiled my keks.
