Haha, I saw that. I wasn't sure if he meant it or whether he just slipped. Either way, it looked good ;)

Collo? Slipped? That would imply he is human....

He likes to give that impression occasionally. Tiote has been teaching him.

Think it all boils down to the slipping lessons he's been getting off Saylor.

There was one moment in the match yesterday where Collo miscontrolled a pass and I thought 'he is human afterall'. Of course he then proceeded to collect the ball and make a pinpoint 30yard pass to Santon on the wing.

    I would say it goes:

    Kompany / Colo / Vermaelan

    --------

    Vidic / Ferdinand

    --------

    King

    --------

Cahill / Terry / Other overrated Englishmen

Other than Bolton away last season, has Colo had a single bad game since our promotion? I can't think of one. Our most consistent performer.

Personally I would have Ferdinand in the group with Terry/Cahill, and Lescott and Koscielny in the group with Vidic. Down to opinion though <ok>

45 mins against Arsenal at home, but it was clearly a clever ploy to maximise the fans enjoyment in the second half ;)

    He is infallible!

Yeah, I would probably put Koscielny and Phil Jones on about the same level as King as well.

Those 3 at the top are a class above the rest though imo

    Agreed <ok>

And yeah I had forgotten about Arsenal at home, although to be fair, the whole team was horrendous for the first half.

Ledley King is the most naturally talented CB after Kompany. He is amazing. World Class. Just look at the goals conceeded and games won with and without King. Big difference.

    My list would be:

    Komapny
    King
    Colo
    Vermaelen
    Vidic

For me, King, when not injured, is the best CB in the league, but because he rarely plays more than 20 games a season, i'd say Colo has to be 2nd, just after Kompany.

Hi this is my first comment. I personally thought that Perch looked better on Saturday and covered a few times when Colo was out of position. Dont get me wrong i love colo but i thought it needed saying. Where is Perch in this article? he now has Torres and Graham in his back pocket.

We should sign Kompany to solve our CB problems, him and Colo would be ace <laugh>

I love watching Vermaelen play. They said on Sky Sports he's got 10 league goals in 50 Arsenal appearances - not bad for a CB that doesn't take penalties.

  19. Colo is ****ing amazing, he's miles better than Demichiles and should be in the argie squad.

He's so ****ing skillful, he just drifts past players and nicks the ball away from them.
