I anyone just starting to get a little fed up with the same old quote from whoever is manager - i.e. 'we are not tough enough' or ' we need to toughen up. Pearson said it 2 years back and probably would have done something about it if Manderic and Hoos weren't such a pair of idiots.

Then Sousa comes in, and gues what? The same.

Then Sven comes in and say's the same, at the end of his first season and during this.

WTF! Why can't one we just find a couple of players who can tackle hard, drive forward as no teams like facing this and add a bit of pace. This has gone on to long, the only time it has been good enough was when Pearson bought in lone signings such as Spearing or Mark Davies.

I am not blaming Pearson but our current midfield is woeful for this league. King is a shaddow of his former self, Wellens looks off the pace and Gallager is, well soft as sh*t. Time to act in Jan Nige!

Quite correct Bedford. Donny's first goal summed up our powder puff tackling. The lad that crossed the ball had Wellens, King and Gallagher around him and their attempts to challenge him were nothing short of embarassing!

Could the answer to this problem be Tunchev. Play him and Mills at the back and push Bamba into midfield

NP has too many players who are not what he wants.

A fair few of the Sven signings need clearing out.

Unfortunately you are now in the position we were after relegation.

All thosee players on contracts that they do not deserve. No other club will pick them up unless you loan them out and pay part of their wages. It's not a nice situation to be in.

Luckily your owners can afford to waste money on doing this.

Also, you have enough money to buy this league......

Last year we won 6/7 games dropping 2 points out of 21 going from bottom half to near play-offs proving its not impossible.

We just need to start playing how we all know we can.

I don't think we'll pull up any trees until we can get some wingers and a playmaker in though.

We're not creating anything. Nuge and Becks must be fed up.

Also, having seen the goals this morning...

What a finish from Sharp for the second. Worthy of winning any game that goal was. (Sign him up <laugh> <ok>)

I think we need to get rid of some of the players that aren't getting near the squad like Berner, Moussa and Ball. Schlupp needs to go out on loan, and Howard may do too if we sign a new striker. Players like Dyer and Gallagher need to go back to being squad players and replaced with new signings. I wouldn't be heart-broken if the loan signings of Johnson and Fernandes were cancelled either. Aside from that, I think there's a place for everyone else, either in the first team or as cover.

Oh, and I would get rid of Abe too, but I doubt our owners would allow it...

groover, i couldn't agree more and in that one sentence, you sum up 75% of our midfield problems, i.e wellens king and gallagher, powder puff (king), workshy(gallagher), simply not up to it(wellens).....................

The season is´nt half way yet & we are 5 points behind 6th after having a nightmere season (so far). NP will be accessing things still & will be working out what´s what, BUT I can´t see him making to many changes to the playing staff in Jan, I think we will have to wait til the summer for that.

This squad of players just need a ****ing BIG kick up the **** because if you ask me we have got a good squad, it´s just not ticking, that´s not to say we don´t need any new players. A winger or 2 would be nice & a FOR aswell, I´m not a fan of JB & with DV out injured & getting on alot for a footballer, we are lacking in that position IMO.

Our DEF needs to be alot more organised, bring AT in now, & we need to finish games off & good old battle our way through games more to get the results needed.

    TIME TO START WINNING.
