Really harsh on JB. Don't think it's right to blame him.

I thought he was being scapegoated today. It wasnt his best game but he did hold the ball up well on occasion.

To be honest it's hard to defend him today as he was poor but overall he's played well for us and almost got an assist today.

    Far too harsh.

A little OTT. Deffo needs to improve and soon. Not getting great service from our midfield though.

Over the top...but he was awful today and should have been hooked instead of HH!

i think he has the wrong JB there.

One thing that you have to remember is that we played a better team with better players and having given away a disasterous goal within 90 seconds things were never going to go their way.

An OTT criticism in my opinion. I thought he worked reasonably hard in the first half, although like a few of our players, he seemed to fade in the second half when we needed to move up a gear. I would agree he does need to wear his contact lenses because his all-too-rare shots are rarely on target and he should have been subbed not HH (although HH had also faded somewhat by that time).

actually i agree westlondon. He rarely wins headers and his first touch is pants. Maybe it was a particularly bad game for most today but time for HH and DJ to have a run on weds i hope.

It's ok to say "better team with better players" which is obv true. However we can't deny we would have struggled to win a game last season the way we played today. It doesnt matter who the opposition is if you continuously give the ball away cheaply and allegedly premier league players like Barton & SWP show such a terrible first touch under no pressure. Bothroyd was shocking, his control was awful, he offers nothing in the box & on the rare occasions we broke away he completely slowed the move down so that Man U coud recover. Be under no illusions we are in trouble - worst home goal scoring record in the entire league & although we've played Man U Man C & Chelski, we've also played WBA, Bolton, Blackburn & Aston Villa and won one game. I'm the most positive 40 year supporting hoop fan so this is not a knee jerk tirade but let's hope we can bring some premier quality players in during the window & that NW can show a little more nous in his selection & substitutions in the coming weeks

One thing is for sure you cannot play HH & Bothroyd at the same time it just doesnt work,we need a defoe or someone like that to play along side HH or JB.

    100% agree with this thread!

Angered me today, couldn't believe it when he wasn't substituted first - even he was shocked!!! He had already started walking off the field, only to realise that he wasn't being substituted

Dont understand Warnock's decisions sometimes - he is very strange when it comes to using his substitutes

Warnock seems to take an age to send the substitutes on and leaves them standing there far to long.
