Suspicions are ridiculous. The club lost a heap of money having the game called off.

Since when did that bother the dodgy Turk?

Are you not a little bit confused as to why that Technical area was in such a state? It is either intentional or gross incompetence, either way it is not a good look. I could have sympathy if it was a sudden downpoor that caused it but we were discussing the chances of it being off the day before because things were so bad. Any normal club would have had people who know what they are doing making the call in the morning, like Sheff United and Doncaster did. Instead we had some blokes with blow torches being ridiculed by the likes of Talksport on social media.

And then to top it off we had concourses full of people spending money finding out via Social Media that the game was off. I guess that didnt bother you not actually being at the game.

So yeah, I am suspicious as to why we made such a cock up of things when it didnt need to be that way, and that is not ridiculous.

Firstly, we again apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the timing of Sunday's postponement and fully understand the frustration felt by our supporters. As such, we wanted to confirm our commitment to you regarding the rescheduled fixture at the earliest opportunity.



Please know that all match tickets will remain valid for the rearranged fixture, with a new date to be announced in due course. Single match ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled game should contact the Ticket Office to process a full refund.



Although supporters who parked on Walton Street will not be eligible for a refund, the car park will be open free of charge for the rearranged fixture.



Please note that the half-time draw was honoured as usual, with the winning ticket number 03875.



We thank you again for your continued support and we will notify supporters at the earliest opportunity once a date for the rearranged match has been confirmed.

Ok I will bite.

There will not be any points deduction, you know it, everyone knows it. The fact is that it would send the wrong message to clubs and officials. The EFL has to actively encourage safety and not penalise any club for weather related cancellations. Luton, sorry Watford, should in fact be punished for questioning the decision. I think a good punishment would be to surround Vicarage Road with dog **** filled access roads… Sorry again they already have.
