Kisnorbo is simply woeful and almost always costs Leeds a goal. Yet another dire performance yesterday and I think the time is right to tell him to retire and move back to the land of Oz. Shocking performances week in and week out and yet still in the team! Grayson you can walk with him, your both as useless as each other.
Kisnorbo doesn't pick himself, Grayson's the one who selects him week in week out, handed him a two year deal, & because he's wasted so much money on defensive ****e he has little option but to carry on playing him. What alternatives does he have? Certainly not AOB obviously, Bromby's frozen out, Bruce is loaned out & Darren 'spoonfeet' O'Dear's useless. Three years on & the defence is worse than ever due to Grayson's scattergun transfer policy.
People keep saying Grayson's got a poor eye for transfers, yet we continue to see some of the best attacking talent the Championship has to offer. Granted, they're looking a bit stale. It's that stupid 442 formation, just does not work. I'd assume that's what we were playing yesterday, with both McCormack and Becchio on. McCormack's lost his scoring boots, stop playing him and put Nunez in the pocket. White left, Snods right, Brown and Clayton in the middle. Pugh and Conolly at full back and I don't give a **** who goes centre back because it makes absolutely no odds.
We have Snodgrass. That's it. You can name the great attacking talent that Grayson has signed on one finger: Gradel. And he's gone now. McCormack has yet to prove his consistency, so he doesn't count yet.
How does McCormack not count. Only Ricky Lambert has scored more goals than him in the league. Was Clayton a bad signing, is Becchio now crap aswell? Every time we get beat you'd think we had lost our 8th in a row and slipped into the bottom 3. We're going to have to get used to this kind of quality if we continue our 'pay peanuts' policy. We would look pretty stupid and would deserve sod all from this season if we sack a manager whilst in the top six - above teams who have spent millions more than us.
Okay, he does count, but he has to prove his consistency and show he can score across a whole season. We rely so heavily on him scoring in a 4-4-2.

O'Dear - Hes the worse defender i have seen in a leeds shirt for so long Bromby - Used to be considered as quite reliable, has completely lost that of late Bruce - well, need i go on O'Brien - A dickhead, wont play for us anymore for an unknown reason.
Actually no he is not. Kisnorbo is actually now the worst of that utterly woeful list. Dreadful squad for CB position, made by Grayson and it is he who should be held accountable for having such poor players in this area.
Yes the defenders in the squad are terrible and i am somewhat concerned about Lees learning because of it. I didnt see the last 2 games so cannot comment on Kissa's performances but i cant see him being worse than O'Dear. The thing about Kissa that i like is he attacks the ball, but again i dont know how he has been playing last couple games We desperately need a CB in Jan
I can't disagree with any of you, but tbh, when was the last time we had a solid defence we were really happy with? I can't remember back that far (I'm getting old prematurely watching this mob). I still shudder when I think of the likes of big Dubious Duberry.
ooohhh, please dont mention duberry. I remember when he just once caught the ball in the middle of the penalty area from a corner for no reason whatsoever other than to give away a penalty it seems
