That's how I'll remember him, as well as being incredible for us generally. After the first Liverpool offer we knew we was off and I was resigned to it, he's history now. I'm generally comparing Villa under Emery to us under Howe, in terms of the respective projects, Howe has done better.
Emery went straight into villa and the days of having **** like dendonker were ended immediately.

17 games isn't a final league position and trophy. In terms of full seasons:
Emery under Villa - 7th, 4th and 6th.
Newcastle under Howe - 4th. 7th and 5th.
Howe has one more CL and a trophy, he's clearly done better.
