Another loss to a supposed 'lessor' team, and another very forgettable performance. Being a Leeds fan is not an easy one.

Is it time to get rid of Grayson, or is it Bates fault for lack of investment??? Its time to vote :emoticon-0103-cool:

Money isn't everything Tommy, imagine being a Leicester fan. At least we can moan about the lack of funding & what we might do if we had money. Thye've got more money than you can shake a stick at. They still aren't even in the play offs, nevermind walking away with auto

Schmeichels up to his old tricks 'First he headed through Schmeichel's legs and moments later the 25-year-old scored the winner with a stunning scissor-kick'.

A combination of the top two options for me. Woeful performance today by the sounds of it!

A combination of the bottom two for me!

I would reduce admission prices by 30% so we'd fill Elland Road every week & get the place pumping again, nearly 40,000 every home game, make it a fortress again.

We have a right to complain when we lose at home. I haven't been to a game since October because of location, but I've still spent over £150 on the team this season, paying the ridiculous ticket prices. Not enough money has been invested in the team, but Grayson isn't good enough either for me. Maybe we'd see an improvement, but I'd get in a proven manager (don't ask who, because it's not my job to make the right appointment) who can take the team further.

Look at the quote below my post. We're holding up our part of that deal and have been since 2006, but the club is failing on theirs. You can't expect people to keep on and on paying this ridiculous prices but seeing the team lose at home to Blackpool, Barnsley and Reading.

I think some of our fans get deluded, with us still being a massive club. As much as it's hard to take, that was 10 years ago and times have changed (fortunately we still have one of the biggest fan-bases). We don't have a right to promotion, yet with the lack of resources Grayson has had, we're still challenging for a play-off place. Just remember 3 years ago when Grayson took over we were mid-table in the third tier! He's done a great job, 'backed' by a tight owner.

I really don't think that after every defeat we should be going through this Grayson in/out nonsense.

For **** sake we're still in the top six and a couple of games away from the transfer window opening. We're hardly in dire straights. Reading aren't exactly a bad side, ok we should be looking to get points against them, especially at home.

But until we stop improving league position at the end of the season then give him the bloody time to take us up. We still have this mentality that we should be going up with ease because we are Leeds.

Fair enough, sack the manager if he loses 7 or 8 on the bounce but not when you get beat once and still remain in the top six.

Let's be realistic, do we really think that our squad is one of the best two or three in the league. Wrong.

Apparently Phil Brown was sacked by PNE because his position had become untannable.

    Bates out.

    Grayson as manager.

Someone new in as Director of Football with full responsibility for transfer dealings.

    Cheaper tickets.

Non-singing ****wits out of the Kop.

All profits directed to the playing side of the club.

:emoticon-0137-clapp beat me to it. Every time we lose we have to go though this, we're top 6, while spending probably the least amongst our promotion rivals. To call for Grayson head is bonkers, who do they think is going to replace him? a better manager? please, we'll end up with someone like Billy Davies, Sven or worse McClaren ect. Managers we'd be lucky to be 1/2 as good as Grayson.

    ONE SIMON GRAYSON!

Why someone else in charge of transfer dealing. Another buisnessman with no clue about football shouldn't be in charge of transfers, the manager should. Let's not forget without Grayson, we wouldn't have had Max Gradel, Patrick Kisnorbo, Adam Clayton, Ross McCormack ect.
