How is Michael Morrison getting on for you, he did a very good job for us at both right back and centre half when ever he was called upon. He was messed up by Paulo Sousa and then Sven got rid of him. Things didnt work out at Wednesday for him and i dont know why as he always looked a capable player in the championship never mind League 1.

Anyway good luck for the season lads and Merry Christmas

He's been immense. A real leader with a good footballing brain.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but he's really proven himself. I like the fact Sheffield weds really messed up with him :)

Thanks PF - the answer is something like -

    Solid
    Dependable
    Authoritative
    Calm
    Huge physical presence and influence
Formed an immediate and instinctive bond with Matt Taylor

Best CB I've seen at Charlton in a long time, with Taylor not far behind.

The 'goals against' column just completes the picture really.

Chris Powell worked alot with our back 4 when we reached the play offs. Everyone at the club respected Chris immensely. The only person in football not to get on with Chris was Wayne Brown when they had a bust up after Brown revealed he voted BNP in the elections.

Good to see you doing well again after 2 bad years in league 1, im sure Chris will get you over the line

Thats sounds like him and Jack Hobbs back in the league 1 year for us. 2 young lads breaking through and both was solid at the back. He can also do a decent job at right back and scores his fair share of goals.

Ah right. Did he ever get a chance in the championship? I have no qualms about him stepping up if we get promoted, but curious to know if he has any prior experience <ok>

He won the League One player of the month award for November, and Powelly won the manager of the month award. Good player is Morrison. All the Wednesday fans slagged him off, but their loss is certainly our gain.
