Decent performance on the whole against probably the worst team we’ve seen at our place for years. Question marks over a couple of players who still couldn’t really cut it against what is basically a league one team. We won’t get many easier games than that this season and even then we tried to gift them two easy goals. Easily could have ended up a total disaster but sometimes you get the luck of the draw. We didn’t at all on Friday but today we did.

hat tip to Kitchen the ref too, 3rd time we've had him this year, with Charlton and Oxford at home previously, got it wrong on our penalty shout but was in fairness totally unsighted, other than that can barely thinks of a debatable decision, let the game flow as he did the other 2 times as well

That's better, all round much better, great to see the likes of Mcburnie, Miller, and Belloumi back, massive boost of a clean sheet, thank fk for Moore !, feel good factor restored for a few more days. Pleased for Pandur, really important save at just the right time.

Who honestly saw us being 6th at this stage of the season before a ball was kicked. Well done the manager and the team. Might not be the best squad we have had in recent seasons but they are the hardest working and most committed.

Great response. Worried not scoring more when on top would cost us but we got there in the end. Credit the manager again. Not sure there’s an obvious midfield pairing he can rely on, all got different faults. Doing the best with what he’s got, sometimes they look brilliant, other times very limited. Hope Matazo comes back strong and Lundstrum isn’t out for too long.

Well that was a bit good, big improvement on Fri night, although the bar was pretty low! Great result, welcome 3 points, restores a bit of confidence. Fab night. Great to see normal service restored with Giles/McBosh, & injured players returning. Now, how to get home, presently trying to get out of car park! Apparently Rawlings Way/A63 shut? UTT

Edit; special mention to Pandur, soft penalty to give away, but Pandur did his job, well done to him, good confidence booster.
