    Over at the Sports Direct?

2 points from the last 15 available?

Farters Parters said a game we should and will win.

    Oh dear.

It's like the R101 all over again. Only difference...This is no tragedy.

The problem is our first half performance was one of our best all season, just couldn't stick the ball in the net.

As long as we're still closer to the top than the bottom points-wise, then I'm still happy :D.

Edit: Before anyone starts, no the last line is not a dig at Sunderland.

We do but Pards thinks it comes in the form of Ameobi whereas everyone else thinks it comes from Ben Arfa! I have always said top 10 would be an achievement. We should do that (fingers crossed)

Seems Pards has been taking some advice off one of our former managers about his subs,,,,,shocking. Is Ba off to the African Cup as he is certainly their best forward by a country mile. Think he hit the post twice today.

I watched the game & although Newcastle had a hat load of chances they only really trouble the Swansea keeper once.

Swansea's tactics were ****ing awful mind although it did get them a not well earned point.

We all knew it couldn't last, with the thinness of their squad and Fat boy ripping them off. Alright they're above us in the league but as a club IMO we are the more stable with a business plan and a great manager.

Yes, it certainly seems as though The Mags have gone off the boil, and of course there's Liverpool and Man. United to come very soon, food for though indeed....

Swansea posed no threat whatsoever, but defended well enough to deserve a draw. Ba had a couple of chances, but you couldn't ask any more of him really. Other than Ba, I couldn't see anyone else scoring.

One draw against a team they should have beaten changes nothing, they are still in a good position. They need to have a few more consecutive bad results to change the situation.

    Heard old AP's interview.

Before the game - its a game he expected to win and he decalred "we will win"

After the game - Swansea are the best passers in the EPL and akin to Real Madrid all of a sudden because they haven't won!

Is Bruce writing his scripts now? Lol

  16. This thread <doh>

We've played 3 of the top teams in the last 5 games games, and we had to play a game without any CB's. Today we simply couldn't score and Swansea have taken points from Liverpool away also.

We should have won today, but definitely not the end of the world ****. Stoke may catch us up if their good run keeps on going but I can't see us slipping below 8th to be honest. And finishing in the top 8 would be a good season.

Bubbles burst though... <doh> Every team as a blip, and the only reason shower of **** threads like this get made is because we had such a great start and now we hit a tiny bad patch and people are like "oh look at this, I guess Newcastle aren't a great team after all". They don't even look at the facts, they just look at 2 pts from 15 and think we're **** now.

  19. You know in the back of your mind that it was not luck that got us to this position. You're just jealous, admit it.
