When I looked on here earlier Nancyball was purring, they were dynamic, exciting to watch and the back 3 was solid, Nancy was set to be the next Real Madrid manager by all accounts.

it went the other way today. Celtic couldve been 2 up in 10 minutes, then hearts get two pretty freakish goals from nowhere, one right before half time when everyone thought it was offside, the other header from a corner was 0.02xG, thats a 1 in 50 chance

the underlying data is fine, and you could clearly see the potential in the first half if there were higher quality players for the final ball

Its another example of the modern day footballer being absolutely brainless and needing to be talked through a match. The talk of tactics and shape and all the intricate details within football these days are all nonsense, Celtic should be able to send out any random 11 players and beat any team in this league.

In the 90s Walter Smith used to send out teams that looked like they were picked out a hat, there was no obvious shape or style and nobody batted an eyelid. These days people would ask whats the shape? Whats the tactics? Who is playing as the trequartista?? The tactics were just to go out and win because you are much better than that other team of cloggers.
