No crucial bookings and no disgrace against more oil money.

Hopefully a good week rest and training and we are up for the Saudis.

We definitely need the 8 days off.

We play a really intense style 3 games in a week and the 3rd against a phenomenal team for movement was always going to cause some pain.

A week ago if someone offered us 4 points from those 3 games against 3 teams of exceptional quality we’d have been delighted. We should be delighted.

The Mags had a slogger of a game today and have to play midweek, way to a team that likes to have the ball.

We in great shape for the derby. Let’s not let an inflated scoreline blur that. City deserved to win, by one. We should have scored at least 2.

Every time we’ve lost we’ve reacted beautifully.

It's always a shame to lose but I thought we weren't particularly bad today. City were very good and Cherki decided this was the game to remember he is actually quite a handful.

Don't think losing at the Etihad makes much of a difference to anything in the end as long as the players take the lesson and put the loss itself behind them.

Funnily enough City beat Forest in December last year 3-0 at home and they ended up qualifying for Europe so who knows...

I thought we were not very good in the 1st half.

We were a lot better in the 2nd half.

Got to take your chances... we had 2 good chances... didn't take them

Their 3rd goal made brilliantly by Cherki

    Agreed.

It was middle-to-end stuff in the first half, but we got on the front foot after the break.

City are very good and deserved the win, but we could easily have scored at least one.

No shame, continue learning, move on.

Annoying that our central midfield couldn’t make a challenge but it’s done and they’re available. Roll on next week, absolutely massive

I thought we done ok today, wasnt too disappointed. Played well in parts, created a couple decent chances, on another day could have pulled it back to 2-2.
No shame in that scoreline or the performance, we just came up against a very good Man City side.

    Roll on next week.

    That was a shame.

It didnt merit a 3-0 scoreline. they were definitely better - outdone by individual skill, technical brilliance and a bit of bad luck with our attempts

    Still not gutted though

The skunks will think they’re on a winner mate they beat 10 man mighty Burnley. I may be over confident but we’ll piss on their chips next Sunday. The Islamic dictatorship twats
I’ll be sick if we don’t beat them but no where near to if the club from years ago Noocarsel took points off us.
