juts heard about his first half antics - this man really is a class A prick who i despise on so many levels
Vokes on for Bartley, so three strikers on the field for Burnley. Good to see Howe being positive and trying to take advantage of this situation (unlike say QPR against 9 man Chelsea a couple of months back, who in the end were lucky to win against the 9 men)
If they fall down the league and the disciplinary record does not improve then I can see Tony Bloom getting rid. After the obligatory 'vote of confidence' of course.
You have to put in a massive effort to get a straight red for abusive language in professional football. Apart from Taricco I can only think of Kevin Nolan doing it once for Bolton.
Was at the Saints v Brighton home game and said at the time that every team is a reflection of their manager. Seems to be true with Saints and certainly with Brighton, their terrible disciplinary record is true to form with Poyet; a great player in his day but with the typical latin-american temperament (not that I'm racist). Good to see passion but being a hothead is no good, cool heads invariably win the day as senor do Prado will tell you
Just heard a Brighton fan calling for Poyet's dismissal on 606. His idea of creating siege mentality not working on all.

He has to get a grip on his team, but he won't be able to do that until he controls himself. But then what we have to laugh at!
Jara has been recalled by West Brom from his loan spell at Brighton, so that's yet another player missing for them on against us in a fortnight (Thorne has also been recalled, from his loan at Pompey - why couldn't West Brom have done that before the derby game!!), whilst they've still got another two matches to potentially pick up some more suspensions.
