    If you play ranked matches online you cant play with edited teams can you?

    Not played manager mode in a while but I had Gourcuff, Nilmar, Lukaku, Richards, Gibbs all in there somewhere.

    Anyone know the extent to which Ranger's stats increase in the first couple of seasons? Have him on a short loan at the minute.

    Bastard, got so close to Llorente. He wanted 80k wages, so I told him no and offered 60k, then upped eventually to 70k when he whinged like a little bitch. I have a stupid amount of wages left anyway so yeah. Then he told me he didn't want to relocate! With only 5 days of the window left to splash any remaining cash on a decent striker. Time wasting bastards left me with Elmander who was only meant to be backup!!

    Didn't you say you had Higuaín though? Elmander's my first choice now, and Lukaku, so I should be fine. Entirely forgot about Lukaku. I will bide my time and wait till January.
    Or...wait a few months and Nile "Goal-Machine" Ranger will return!!

    Lukaku is injured and Higuain is tired so having to play Ranger and Vukic together

    Ahh, fatigue sucks. I employed Gervinho up front though when both Elmander and Lukaku were tired though so I was sorted.

    sorry if its been said already .. in regards to ben arfas loan status, before you start your career just go to the edit teams page, transfer him to another team then transfer him back to newcastle, then when you start your career select "use current customised teams" and he will be a permanent newcastle player instead of loaned in

    Yeah I said a similar thing earlier but with putting Ben Arfa in free agents then just getting him on a free in the actual career :)
    Does your way definitely work then? I'd thought about that but wasn't sure! If so it's obviously the better option!

    Krul
    Simpson Colo Bassong Enrique
    Tiote
    Barton Nolan Ben Arfa
    Best Pavlychencko

    Subs:
    Harper, S.Taylor, Guittierez, Ireland, Holliet, Ameobi, Ranger

    Sold Lovenkrands and Kuqi, but couldnt get a new striker in before the window closed. Play on World Class, and beat the unwashed 5-0 on their ground, Pav's got a hatrick! And then next game, was 2-0 at half time, at home to Birmingham, and turned it around 3-2 with a quality hatrick from Best!

    Hoping to sign Kranjcar in Jan, or maybe Kerzahkov, but if Best keeps banging them in, no need for another striker!

    Also, I just put Ben Arfa in a different team, then back to Newcastle and he was a permanant signing. :)

    Really trying to get Agger and Honda at the moment, but tried in the summer and neither would come, so gotta wait till next year to convince them!
