What was Azaz goal like? Left early to avoid the hold back.
Decent fight from him to beat 2 defenders and poke it in at the back post from a cross

And we are Southampton in the same league as Millwall not Liverpool.Nah thats a poor result. Giving away last minute winners like that is going to do nothing but ensure mid table mediocrity. It's Millwall not Liverpool
What hold back? I left about a minute before the final whistle and got straight on a train.
Absolutely and he now has an opportunity to show that he can successfully get the team back on track, if he can (I think he will) then he gives SR a decent nudge!!Still has a win % of 80...
I did see the coppers. Glad I managed to get through in time then!9 times out of 10 away fans are held on the walkway. Was about 30 police lining it when I left.
You might have got out just in time but I'd be surprised if they let the bulk of Saints fans join the platform same time as them. Especially as a group of Saints fans were kettled beforehand.
Did he? We should never have got rid!Still has a win % of 80...

Was wondering how long it would take? Match day supper nights feeling happy? Come on there must be something to be grumpy about, it’s in the DNAof most Saints fan, yes? Or has something changed!!Disappointed with the lack of proper meltdowns tbh
Hi thereJust imagine being a Welsh saints fan today…
Re Lincoln miseryDisappointed with the lack of proper meltdowns tbh
Definitely agree about Scienza and their press. He finds it so easy to beat a man and break the press that it we would either have been countering at will, or theyd back off a little. We just couldn't handle Millwall's press at all today. A bit too casual in possession unlike previous two games and this meant we resorted to hoofing it far too often. This issue was compounded by the fact we won barely any second balls so we'd constantly be under pressure.
Think Leo being out contributed massively in this regard as if he'd have bri playing I doubt they'd have been able to be so aggressive.
Also think a couple of old habits crept in today which contributed to our poor performance. Namely players taking one touch too many while in possession and being half a yard too far away from their players when defending.
Overall not too down hearted though, conceding so late is gutting but it was always going to be a tough match today and came within a whisker of nicking a point.
Also worth noting that we scored twice as many today as Millwall have conceded in the previous 5 home matches so it's good to know we can still carry a threat against a good side while playing poorly.
All about how we respond for me. Got 3 very winnable games coming up before we play Cov.
So earlier in the week he was the messiah and now after this defeat he isn’t. Most good managers suffer defeats so I think we really need to chillIts ****, but going back to what I said before the Millwall winner. This is now a good test of whether or not Eckhart is really the right man. There was always going to be a result like this, now we can see if he can pick them up before offering a permanent deal.
I thought it was in after the deflection. Top save.By the way what a save from Baz in the first half.
Lincoln wake up! We are the Saints and we are no longer playing against the likes of Liverpool.Nah thats a poor result. Giving away last minute winners like that is going to do nothing but ensure mid table mediocrity. It's Millwall not Liverpool
