Sixteen years ago, I blew £9k in a long weekend on hotels, champagne, cocaine and hookers. Twas a decent few days, but it almost wrecked my marriage. I gave up the bad stuff there and then. These days I spend my dosh on travel, chocolate, coffee and feeding animals.
