oh i can't see them monitoring this site it will be instagram , blue sky , twatter , tik tok et alI'm a tad worried because that thread of his that I hijacked (with his blessing, tbf) could be causing him problems: he has stated somewhere that he's worried now that as a naturalised, LEGAL citizen born out of the US, ICE can, and are, still deporting 'immigrants' based on software developed by the FBI to monitor social media accounts. I know, it sounds utterly paranoid, but it really is happening over there. I think I may get @InBiscanWeTrust to delete the thread.![]()

don't know why but thought the case had already started rather than just starting . Bet the jury are pleasedReports saying that his changing the plea will make a difference.
Sentencing mid December.
Paul Doyle going to get a heavy sentence after changing his plea today.
I've never agreed with this concept of plea-bargaining. Although not relevant in this case, it could lead to someone who is genuinely innocent pleading guilty under advice, because the defence realises that the evidence is stacked against them and that they're unlikely to win the case.
Also, justice should be objective and the sentence should be proportionate to the offence, regardless of the plea.
In my opinion.
