Yeah I don't get this one, on the one hand trying to push people towards EV use yet on the other adding a charge per mile.

They need to put that tax on the money grabbing, rip off charging network firms like Gridserve and Instavolt etc. Even Elon charges customes less than they do.
Oh and make it obvious to everyone how much it costs to charge before you stop and plug in.

There is a thing called birth control. If you can't afford to bring them up dont have 3,4,5 kids.
Yes there are circumstances where families break down, people loose there jobs, ive been there myself.
However there are so many instances of people claiming benefits, just popping kids out for fun. These are probably the majority claiming child poverty, yet they all have sky, netflix, latest phones on contract.
I'm not sure what the answer is, but this needs to stop so genuine people are able to get the help when they need it.
Rather than a system that just allows itself to be abused by greedy lazy people
