Let's face it. Millar, McBurnie, Belloumi and Gelhardt all fully match-fit then Joseph is benched.
Unfortunately they aren't so it comes down to a choice between a workhorse who isn't a finisher and a six yard box player who is going to be a passenger for 89 minutes.

Ref hasn’t impacted the result. He’s made some odd decisions in midfield both ways but hasn’t got any major decisions wrong.
