Schar is going to **** this up... Keeps punting the ball to them, should have had a pen against him and is basically falling over... Joelinton is the Joelinton we signed at this point

 

Hall and Livramento are exceptional players. Howe picking Schar over Botman shows a lack of understanding, for me, in that when your full backs are players like Burn, Trippier and Krafth the CBs are going to really struggle. Getting Hall back lets Botman just focus on what he’s good at.

Schar needs replacing (permanently), Pope is still a liability and Joelinton needs shifting for Ramsey. Then we’ve got the right team out but Howe keeps doing his Steve Bruce “I’m better than you” impression.

 

Man City will get better and better as the game progresses and our best players will get tired, before the weird subs take place.

I'd be delighted with a hard fought point.

 

Hopefully the Earth will be hit by a huge meteor by then and the world will end to put us out of our misery before the final whistle.

 

One thing I've noticed is that Newcastle always come out looking stoned for the 1st 10 mins of the second half, so we need to at least survive that period for once.

 

Yeah, they are doing something weird with the half time oranges this season. Hopefully today we come out and keep up the intensity, but it's not been the usual picture this season.
