Apparently the metric for that ESPN article was transfer fee vs minutes played. It didn't take into account performance in those minutes, so is completely ****ing useless. A clickbait article likely written by AI.

Mackems are going to be fuming when they find out that 8 of their players won't feature in the derby.

Have to report for duty a minimum of 7 days before AFCON starts on 21st December.

    2-2 tomorrow btw

It's my 50th wedding anniversary today so I'm going for a Man Uesque 5-0 pumelling of Citeh. Get your money on and if you're not confident of 5-0 then lump on 3-1...:emoticon-0100-smile

A win against City could really kickstart things.

Praying that Pope does not start.

He will and it won't surprise me if we see Krafth and Trippier in the full back positions.

Is Foden playing? He usually manages to have his one good game of the season against us.

Really need to turn up today. Pope needs to be dropped, but likely won't. Thankfully fate has forced Howe's hand on Burn. Expect us to be aiming for the draw here and will probably play a back five in a 5-4-1.

My pref (3-5-2): Ramsdale; Schar, Thiaw, Botman; Murphy, Bruno, Tonali, Ramsdale, Hall; Woltemade, Gordon.

Howe's team (unbalanced 5-4-1): Pope; Trippier, Schar, Thiaw, Botman, Hall; Murphy, Tonali, Bruno, Joelinton; Woltemade.

Newcastle are in big trouble if they lose the next 2. I don't want to hear any excuses, because Howes been provided a squad and he's been tinkering significantly.

Schar slipped in to ruin the opportunity to play the best side available. I like fab tbh, but wtf.

Are you sure? Nick Pope says otherwise. How the **** he’s still in goal is beyond any understanding I have of football.

Getting battered again today I reckon, same tired formation and tactics that are so predictable. Really hoped Howe would be able to evolve but he just can’t.
