Napoli are a tough side they aren't mugs. They managed to qualify to the last 16 in a tougher group than us. We saw what they did to Manchester City. Napoli are a strong defensive unit and like us they like to play on the counter attack as well. They have great players such as, Cavani, Lavezzi and Hamsik who can cause problems on the break. There won't be many goals in this match. But we'll have to score 2 away goals. Napoli are very capable of turning the tie around in their favor at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea must score a couple of goals at the bridge as well to be certain of progressing to the next round.
Beat Napoli buy Cavani....Simples To be honest Juan we aint gonna get 2 away goals,if we get 1 it will be a result and do em at the bridge,but I agree their no mugs and we need to be on top of our game,this is the game we didnt want and only marginally better than the gooners getting Milan.
Are we that worried??? Good side but we'll have to beat a lot better if we are going to get to the final. They are what, 5th in their own league at the moment? Milan or Lyon would have been harder draws IMO and least we aren't going to Russia to play on plastic or in freezing conditions. We should be capable of winning both ties.
We put down City. Napoli are excellent at home, and the atmosphere is always hostile. Then there's Cavani and Hamsik. Very tough draw for us, but isn't it always??
There are no easy games left in this competition! However Napoli are standing 5th in their league at present and I do not expect us to fail over 2 legs. I wonder sometimes why some people shrink whenever we find out who we have drawn! We have got closer than any other team without winning it! Napoli must be beaten or we at SB are all deluded! I know that isnt the case, so quarter finals here we come!
I'm excited and will certainly attend the tie at the Bridge, feels good to be in the CL and just having beaten the League Leaders, let's hope le Arse do us some favours on Sunday!
