They have expanded it but truth be told, all the new teams are gonna be is fodder.
Cape Verde, Curacao, Jordan, Scotland.......
Can't see any of those teams setting the tournament on fire.

Uzbekistan v Haiti at 4am battling for third place is going to be the true test for how willing I am to watch any old ****e.

Weaker groups plus the whole third placed bollocks is going to mean much less chance of big nations failing to reach the knockouts.

We could end up with a group containing Iran, Panama, and Curacao ffs.

 

I quite like the third place bollocks. Means no team is totally out going into the final game. Some proper ****e will make it out the groups so I look forward to the challenge of Uzbekistan after overcoming those three teams.
