Pictures on pasoti of a fire at Home Park.......one of the Portoloos outside the Devonport end has been totally burnt.

This of course has been followed by the usual "a too hot vindaloo" taken by a fan type jokes.....but more likely some local yobs with to much time on their hands.

Further news about Brendan Galloway and his injury....it seems that it is a minor facial injury.....he will be assessed when he returns to Home Park.....but it is thought that it will not stop him being available for this weekends very important bottom of the table clash at Port Vale......Argyles' umpteenth consecutive away match.

This of course follows a fire at St James Park Exeter. Following investigation, this has been deemed accidental.

Am I being paranoid even to think it?

We could do with a bit of fire on the pitch at the moment.

I watched the last 30 odd minutes of the Scotland v Denmark game last night. What a spectacle. What an epic. What melodrama.

Scotland had been 1-0 up for almost the entire game and were mentally on the plane to America when I joined but almost immediately conceded a somewhat dodgy penalty to relegate them to the play-offs. 1-1.

But wait, a Dane obligingly won a second yellow card and had to walk. Game on and with 10 to go, the gallant Jocks took the lead once more, which they held for.. just 3 minutes. 2-2 and back in the play-offs. A Scottish tragedy looked on the cards.

With 3 of the 6 minutes of extra time gone, Scotland make it 3-2 and they’re back on the plane again. The Danes adopt a 1:1:8 formation including the keeper - Schmeichel )The Younger of course) - as DM and rush-back goalie and lay siege on the Scotland goal.

The Scots cling on desperately. Then, with 8 of the 6 minutes gone, the ball’s cleared to Kenny McLean. No Real Madrid superstar he, not even a Premier League regular but called up from rustic Norwich City. What to do? Run for the corner flag like any normal mortal? No. Tell you what, why not lob Casper Schmeichel from 50 yards? Unbelievably, 4-2.

Why can’t football always be like this? Apart from a huge increase in heart-attacks obviously.

Well done Scotland. That’s the best 30 minutes of football I’ve seen for a while. Mad-cap but thrilling. Good luck in the World Cup, you deserve it.

I watched the whole of this game....a brilliant over the head shot from McTominay gave Scotland the lead in the third minute.....and then until the sending off in the 61st minute and Denmark's red card they completely out-played Scotland......and even then with 10 men..... Scotland found it difficult to get the ball.

That was the only thing that let the Danes down their final shots at goal....18 shots but only three on target.

The penalty was a bit dubious and took a life time to be decided on......and the sending-off was a little harsh....it looked a 50/50 challenge.

Their will be a lot of Scots throwing a sicky this morning.....they win so rarely in modern times that this success will make them believe they can win the World Cup.....reality will be rather different next summer.

As was noted in an interview: all English teams had at least a couple of Scots in their team, from the League Champions downwards - and indeed Welsh and Irish players.

Nowadays, it's a complete United Nations, even our own Argyle

    Australia 1
    Canada 1
    Denmark 1
    Hungary 1
    Spain 1
    Switzerland 1
    Zimbabwe 1

    Northern Ireland 1
    ROI 1
    Scotland 1
    Wales 1

    English 16

    Total 27

Here's a little fact: 94% of Premier League minutes played by Wolves in the EPL this season have been by non-UK players.
