The opposition weren’t great but we played well with some neat 1 touch passing. Could have scored loads. I liked the 4-2-3-1 formation and think Lowry could be great behind the striker. He seems to have the X factor.

It's the final round of group games tonight and we are up against Gareth Ainsworth's Gills at Priestfield with both teams needing a win to progress into the knockout stage the Gills were flying until the end of September but since they have only won once and have dropped down to 7th in the league and also been knocked out of the FA Cup

Time for some fringe players to shine. However I wouldn’t mind seeing a consistent centre back pairing.

    GOALLLLLLLLLLLLL

Matton makes it two on his first team debut as he gets the final touch that puts Boyd-Munce's corner into the back of the net!!

    0-2 on 62'

Position: Defender. Tonbridge Angels confirmed the loan signing of central defender Jack Matton from Wycombe Wanderers during pre-season of 2025. Jack, 20-years-old, stands a towering 6'4” tall and impressed in pre-season friendly games.

    Bradley Fink
That was some connection on a diving header from the striker to make it three as he drives home Tilley's cross from the right!!!

Started with GK No 3 and 2 academy players (one scored) and 3 academy players brought on in the second half. Great to see them getting a game

Looking across all the group tables, the U23 teams didn't do too well

With the size of our squad we could do well in this cup again

Yes. It's not just size either. They all seem pretty good, even the academy players

Yes Duff seems more than willing to use them, in his interview at the end of the game, they said he had used 32 players, could be carnage at the end of the season.
