up to 6 players to give us some strength and depth according to our manager........I hope the game is not called off for the travelling fans but if it is then it will be in our benefit.....
Postponement is unlikely from what others have said. Don't you think you stand more chance tomorrow seen as we've got several players missing and / or short of fitness and carrying small injuries?
No i think you will beat us by 2 clear goals even though we will have plenty of possession like we always do.....we are weak in the final third and until we sort that out we will be muscled off the ball by your more physical players .....we have not won away all season and have been thrashed by a lot of teams because our game is so easy to play against so unless you will be playing pub players or we get a huge slice of luck then i see no change....
I hope your analysis is accurate! Definately be goals at both ends. Big Demba should be perfect for this type of game. Tiote will only be on the bench if fit, so hopefully Abeid starts to give Cabaye more free reign to get forward where he operates best. We need Santon at fullback to handle your pace players.
dont have to go red spot to watch this match on TV, Toon v Swans is #1 pick tonight, going 1-1, toon peno 94th minute and Vorm saves
we have not won away all season scott and have been hammered in most cases so what do you expect....im a realist you should know that by now scott.......I would love it if we got something out of the game but past away games dont give me much confidence im afraid...
Should be a cracking game, I'm gonna miss it though I'm afraid. I'd probably bet on a very nervy, close 2-1 home win. Sorry lads. Should give us a good run around though! I never like to be confident of a win, god knows what could happen, and this game isn't any different!
Well last night down my local, the prediction pot was, 60% predicting a Toon win, with 30% a draw, as I was one of the last to put my prediction down, I felt compelled to go for a 2-1 to Swansea, being in the 10% minority, someone had to be positive! Hope Breezy (Crackerjack) is right............ please log in to view this image PS: I can't think of a better time and place to beat our away duck! Well done by the way Scott, great thread once again.............. please log in to view this image
lets hope we beat the odds of our dreadful away form.....i would be happy with a point with our away form at the moment and sods law should come into play soon........i hope...
A bit of weather news, I don't live that far from the ground and conditions aren't very good here I'm afraid. Hope the game can go ahead though for all the guys making the journey if nothing else.
Oh dear! I know a few boys who overnighted in Manchester, hopefully they'll get there alright. Safe travelling to anyone making the trip.
