Good. Can’t stand him. I swear he is deliberately trying to lose his jobs early. That’s three in a row that have lasted for less than 15 games. Can’t be a coincidence.
I can't believe anyone trying to do that, certainly not repeatedly. Perhaps his tactics are outdated.
That’s the set then, Selles, Martin & Juric who we couldn’t believe failed upwards are now back on the slide
Quite funny that out of our recently sacked managers (Ralph, Jones, Selles, Martin & Juric) the most hated one is the only one that has gone on to do a good job anywhere else and not get sacked again.
He's #2 on that list for me (and that list tends to lean into personality rather than managerial chops).
Although I'm bias because I know him ... I think the opinions on Selles post-Saints are a little harsh. He did a great job at Reading while the club was entirely hamstrung. He then followed that by doing exactly what was asked of him at Hull - kept them in the league (before being duly sacked for it). I agree Sheffield United was a disaster and it looks like Zaragoza has not started well either.
Seems a few may have been after him as Copenhagen extended his contract to run until 2029. https://www.fck.dk/en/news/statement-regarding-jacob-neestrup
He’s favourite for the Leeds job if / when that becomes available. No way he comes to us in championship
Not that I think Rose would join us anyway, but I keep hearing about managers that would rather wait for the Leeds job than join us. Why do people seem so certain Farke is getting sacked. He is currently performing as best you could hope for. Unless the writing is really on the wall, like it was with Periera at Wolves, other managers arent going to wait for a job just in case it becomes available.
Exactly this. If Leeds are thinking of sacking Farke, they will have put the feelers out already for a replacement. So unless you are a manger and been approached tentatively, then you wouldn't wait as you are probably not on the list.
