I was at Derby away last season. Sat bottom right of the away section looking across the pitch. We had the most amazing steward (Yes really) A very large lady who looked like she could look after herself if she needed to but the way she handled the crowd there was no need. Towards the front of the seating so children, families, seniors dominated. Just before k.o. a group of about 7 male youth turned up in front of us, intent on standing, (not a problem to me) but spoiling it at bit for others, smaller or less able. Another family had got split up and could not sit together. In a fabulous way she removed the standing ones and escorted them to the safe standing area (I'll get you in there lads). Then came back and shuffled people so the family could sit together. If Carling did Stewardship they would copy her. I messaged the club to commend her All was good, until Pandour got caught in no man's land. 2 points dropped.
I have absolutely no idea what xg is and don't think I can be arsed to read about how it's calculated. It's a bit like our dishwasher, I wouldn't know how it works or how to turn it on but it always gets done. I guess it's my girlfriend although I haven't ruled out that there is a cleaning fairy.
I work the dishwasher, but despite it having 83 different settings, each with 4 or 5 options I assume everyone does the same as I do and just picks one button and sticks with it until you need a new one?
If I could give any young lads advice before they move in with a partner it would be to make an absolute mess of loading the dishwasher, you won't have to do it again. I would suggest putting houseplants in there and saying it's to water them. That should do the trick.
