Do we know how old he is. Is it me, or have we been linked to many many more players than we had this time last year?
He might be good. Seems to be a lot of teams following him, so must be impressing. With Howson out, Pugh on loan, Clayton's form dropping and Brown...well still 35 years old, we need to strengthen this area.
I think we desperately need to strengthen this area, maybe he would be good, I have no idea about anything about him. I still dream of getting Butterfield though
Have to disagree, i think hes very valuable to the squad. and you cant say hes not 1st team standard when hes been picked for virtually every game. besides he'll be 0.5mil or less, he could save the club this sort of money with his versatility, for example if white was to get a short term injury he can cover at LB rather than paying for a loan, same with LM and CDM
He & White as a pairing gives us the balance we haven't had for ages. He's also versatile enough to play in one or two other positions. Seems a snit at 500k
