Would Brian Horton be an ideal support for Nick?

This is where it's all about personalities because, in my book, Nobby is EXACTLY what Nick needs right now.

I don't really see how anyone on a mesageboard can appreciate the pros and cons of a member of backroom staff. It's not like a player where they showcase their skills every week. How can we judge staff members?

 

Definately not! Brian Horton would be too much for him , Nick has to find his feet yet and having someone who was once his boss (albeit his bosses assistant) Just wouldn't work.
