I don’t think people have overestimated our team and summer recruits. We did mess up with Downs, but the rest of the squad should be nowhere near the bottom of the league. The managers tactics etc are appalling. Negligent perhaps. And we simply must change him as we will very likely go down with him in charge. SR need to come out and apologies to fans and admit they totally got it wrong, yet again. I actually feel this is all going to get worse before it gets better.
Yeah it’s becoming increasingly evident that a personality is what is needed. Not someone with no personality like Still. Who that is I have no idea. Not sure if someone like Carrick fits that mould as don’t know much about him If Spors isn’t already on a flight to Turin and has a major say in th appointment I think we could be looking overseas again
Fellows and Azaz changed a fair few games last season with their goals and assists. Scienza looks class and Armstrong has scored 20+ goals in this league at least twice I think. We have one of the best attacking units in the league but have no clue how to use them
He's a counter attacking manager and does not have a clue how to set up a team on the front foot, sack him immediately and give us a chance to save the season.
Which 6 teams have a better squad? The whole “last season” doesn’t wash either. Sheff Utd got 3 more points than us and got 92 points in the Champ. It’s a ****e league that a side with our financial capability should be doing a lot better in. It comes down to poor management ultimately and SR have once again shown they can’t appoint a manager

I suggested last season that we only change Thread owners when we win. I was quite serious and think this is the only pragmatic way out of this.
We need a new manager, but we'll still struggle to get anywhere near the playoffs imo. Still far too many change needed to the playing squad.
