Eat some antihistemine. Well, my date with the pensioner went great last night, a few lovely local ales, this Glastonbury festive one infused with cranberry was interesting. About to hit the road, stopping off at a mates in rural south wales for a beery session tonight before going home for Christmas tomorrow. Can't wait to have the time off, going to make the most of it and by the end of the Christmas break United (the reds) will be top and all will be good in the world again.

Very true. Btw, Ajax vs Utd in the Europa League! That's arguably a bigger match than any in the CL barring Arsenal vs Milan and Barca vs Leverkusen! Should be tasty.
I meant in terms of the history and size of the two clubs. Ironically, the only match between two former EC/CL winners is in the Europa League! In terms of the actual match, Ajax won the Erde last year, but are struggling a bit this year. Both clubs will probably be focused on the league, so the match itself might be pretty dour. Still a high profile tie when you consider some of the teams Utd could have faced!
