<peacedove> The FA are going to make their decision known today, what they
are going to decide your guess is as good as mine.
    1.No case to answer.Excellent.<applause>
    2.Case to answer
    2(a) Suspended sentence<whistle>
    (b) Maximum punishment to be served- six match ban starting with visit

All sensible people know that the outcome should be advice to suarez and evra, however there are not many sensible people at the FA.

If he is found guilty there will almost definetly be a ban due to the media attention and the nature of the charge.

I think the case will turn out ot be 'inconclusive' so both parties will be able to walk away with some pride still intact - although this won't stop Liverpool fans from claiming this is proof Evra is lying <ok>

I can't see them doing anything but throw the book at him, even if the claims are unfounded. The FA are looking to make an example of someone in this whole racism fiasco and what better way then banning Suarez and brushing the Terry incident under the carpet.

If they find Suarez guilty, the opposite will happen. Terry will get the book thrown at him. Don't forget the police are involved in that case as well.

Can you really see the FA throwing the book at Terry? They seem to have a knack of defending England players even when they are proven guilty.

It may not be down to the FA. It would probably be better for Terry if Suarez is found not guilty.

Terry is the England captain and must show example to others...more reasons he should be brought to book.<ok>

Like the book should have been thrown at Cole, Beckham and a few other England first teamers during their time. The FA are a farcical, corrupt association who only protect their own and punish people who don't fall into their "English gems" category.

Remember Shearer volleying Lennon in the face ?

TR is correct re the different treatment in certain cases.

well the simple fact is that if you can get a ref to write something in a reprot a certain way then the fa can follow that up. I think in a lot of these cases refs get a call and are told what to submit in their report. Shearer was "dealt with on the day" Terry wasn't going to be charged until the tv evidence was put out on sky. Suarez had no evidence but once frnech tv were brought in the fa have taken the line of this show trial.

I just want to see the evidence both ways before i row in behind suarez or what. I am skeptical they have much bar one guys word agaisnt another.

we'll fake suarez death then he can pose as that brother he told us about, the one who's the best player in his family.... lets call him pedro..... and if thats not as rascist as calling him a south american i don't know what is.

I am exactly the same way! If there turms out to be conclusive proof that Suarez has said something fair enough punish away, however I get the feeling that we are going to see Suarez punished on the basis of the evidence we have already heard which is as powerful as a Charlie Nichols comeback!
