Leeds lost Justin and West Ham lost Scarles before half-time, both looked like significant injuries. I'm not hoping players are injured but every little helps so I'll be watching this and what cards players pick up. Paquetá and Summerville both picked up yellows and, as two of their better players, can't help them. West Ham looked shocking and Nuno just doesn't seem convinced he can get them playing.
Fair assessment of the hammers Smug...didn't see much fight in them at all and that Paqueta let Rodon run off him for the second goal and winged and threw himself on the floor as often as he could....if he's one of they're better players, god help them.
We were this time last season remember. They look (unfortunately) very good, but we were winning games start of the season and then injuries and suspension hit and it became more a case of finishing. I do think they’ll go up! But hope that they manage to **** it up! Schadenfreude would be good!!
Just putting it out there I did say Lampard was a good manager when they hired him and I would’ve had him here Can’t ask for much more than he’s doing. They’re different to us last season imo, they’re battering teams. We were picking up points but not as comfortably as this, they’ve got a real chance this season.
